This is the first PR related to the calendar view establishing the basic functionality with test data. Next steps will be to implement the backend so that I can pull the calendar data from the current user and use that to populate the training plan and complete already completed workouts

adding example data for pfits 18/55 and hovering over cells. Next up is clicking to change color to green and right clicking to reset to white. 7ae3dbd27f
